I know ishgard is in reconstruction mode and does not have a huge budget to spare but plz let this man hire more personal assistants

i still attest that part of it is because Aymeric is a type A control freak and has such a hard time delegating tasks to others

because if he is not the one doing them, then Something Will Absolutely Explode

I'm glad WoL at least canonically has dinners with him semi-regularly (according to the cookbook haha)

WoL knows he struggles with delegating for the same reasons they struggle with NOT DOING EVERYTHING THEMSELVES (because if they don't something will go terribly wrong and everything bad happens all at once the instant they think it's safe enough to relax)
