like Gundam Evolution has the look but nothing happening feels like a Gundam Battle

where everyone is constantly moving and shooting at everyone else

I mean it has to. But to me the key element of effective horror is anxiety. A game simply chooses a different method of delivering that because it has to create that feeling differently
