ugh i have so much i want/need to do today and i hate it

a certain cat decided to wake me in the middle of the night by chasing a (real) mouse, and like. GOOD. i'm glad she was doing that and caught it but i'm still annoyed my sleep was interrupted bc now i am DRAGGING lol

so anyone gonna make a for the day just to make sure i get to everything

record tiktoks for tomorrow (at least one)
short edit
-long edit
work of course
-sweep my floors
-shower this evening
-paint nails (no i still haven't done this)
hit the halfway point of naruto
pack lunch for tomorrow

i'm probably forgetting something but i'll add it on if i think of it

i would also ideally like to catch up on the spyxfam and mha manga since i'm like 3 weeks behind in each now, but we'll see. i've been so focused on the jjk manga that i've become almost tunnel visioned on it. at least when it comes to manga

oh god that's right last week my boss mentioned possibly working til 6pm every night this week. the days i wfh idgaf bc like. i'm home. but tomorrow and thursday i'm in the office and i really don't want to get home at 7pm or later

working from home means any and all work gets paused when the panther wants my lap

someone verified with our boss that yep we're working til 6pm every day this week.

monday/wednesday/friday it's not that bad bc i'm home and...yeah. but tomorrow and thursday will suuuuuuck

so i've edited one thing, and made progress on naruto. and ofc the work day is progressing naturally. but the other things? haven't touched

am looking forward to dinner though i'm making butter chicken which is one of my very favorite things lately

boss: hey you need the team you're assisting is already full time on site right?
me: i thought that started next week
boss: that's when everyone else comes back. you'll need to come on site the rest of this week too

mandatory 10 hour days (well, 9.5 when you factor in lunch) on site? fuck me

most likely the other edit is going to be done tomorrow, and I'll just shower in the morning before leaving. probs take polish to work with me too

I'm very quickly running out of steam bc I didn't sleep good last night, so gonna try to go to bed early tonight
