I've got pears and ginger simmering in apple juice on the stove and all I can say is it should ALWAYS smell like this in here.

the recipe calls for Riesling but I can't have that in the house so hopefully juice works just as well

but it smells so good!

the ginger gives it a bite and it's also quite sweet, very nice!
