and it's just like, "throw tomatoes into a pan with a block of feta"

I'm a fan of Marcella Hazan's three-ingredient tomato sauce

where the three ingredients are
- a can of whole tomatos
- One onion, cut in half and peeled
- five tablespoons of butter

and you just throw that in a pot on medium and leave it for 40 minutes

then you just remove the onion and throw it out

it sounds like it shouldn't work but it 100% does and it tastes great
