but i bought taco seasoning, one of those new bbq collab spices, dried lemon zest (cause i keep needing just lemon zest and not the actual juice so i have like 4 peeled lemons just sitting in my fridge), some quick packs of their mexican hot chocolate, and that was like.... JUST UNDER THE FREE SHIPPING so i got the morimoto yuzu kosho\

and look, yeah, i know, taco seasoning is basic af to make bUT ALSO

i did want to try theirs

oh the yuzu kosho is phenomenal

pro tip, it's best uncooked so apply it as a seasoning at the end

i think it's interesting their suggestion to mix the taco seasoning with water first

i've never done that

but i do like a saucier taco meat, personally

that's a tex mex strategy I think, I've seen it before

BTW I used their suggestion and put the yuzu kosho on some poke aka raw fish and it was FANTASTIC
