I only ordered 2 boxes of one of my cat's meds to last a couple weeks, and the vet filled 3 boxes. ??? my mom went to pick it up and didn't know better, so she just grabbed all 3. so now i have a 3rd box i did NOT request, but paid for, and they're telling me i can't return it.

they are constantly making mistakes with his medication, with diagnosis. one time the vet told me he had no blood in his urine, but i was like 'what but someone else said there was', so she had to go re-read the labs to confirm. half the time, if I don't question what they tell me, they will give me a false diagnosis/test result
