[roommate stuff] Has anyone here ever written up a roommate agreement for moving in with someone you don't know very well? Trying to decide what a good template is.

I just want us both to feel secure etc

and she's not moving in until October so I think we both want something drawn up before then so we know we're covered

I guess it doesn't need to be super legal sounding, just "parties agree that X will pay half the rent starting on this date" etc

It would be nice to not have to pay an attorney.

And there must be templates online.
