instantly smitten and after, decided to give this whole comic reading thing a try since I already liked his other work. The Mr. suggested Death as my gateway comic and the rest of the Sandman series followed and the rest is history. The end. Also, if you ever have the chance, go see Neil read. He's absolutely divine.

Just had a mini-binge and I was pretty impressed with episodes 1 - 3. The visuals are beautiful and the casting is inspired. If I have any complaint it's that we're zooming through the story, but given the scope of the thing I suppose that's inevitable.
