The comments about the VFX working conditions... dudes. That's typical of ANY effects house. It's why they burn out and vanish after only a couple of years (except ILM because ILM).
More solidarity is always good. With VFX being its own separate thing, it's easy for people who might have influence to miss the terrible working conditions.
So the question to be asked, I guess, is why She-Hulk got rushed so much VFX were not able to give it as much care as other man-fronted productions? It's not as if they didn't have many movies with Hulk to build upon...
ALL VFX are rushed. 6-7-day weeks, 18-hour days. Burns out VFX artists, the house falls apart because it can't meet obligations, new house arises from the ashes, rinse and repeat.
or the house falls apart because the management takes on too many commitments and then can't meet obligations (which is what happened to Digital Domain, the one that was built for Titanic)...
but yeah, it's kind of ridiculous what the management asks of their people. And then Tatiana Maslany saying "Go Union" probably made a few people urinate themselves.
