super hate the new Gmail with the rounded bubble corners and simplistic icons

yeah, it hit my newer 'professional' email yesterday and my older 'personal' one today

they're trying to be Apple and they need to not

it was bad enough when they made all the phone app icons look the same

I think you can revert back... that's what I did

sadly it only reverts to the square corners, the icons are still see-thru lines/simplistic

also the chat/hangouts feature is gonzo (like, I never used it, but I'm still used to having it there)

(I think that can get turned back on tho, I just haven't done it bc again: don't use it)
