I mean at this point I'm just a permanent sweat stain. Could literally just jump back in the shower again. I had a proper shower yesterday morning then TWO very quick cool blasts..this is my life now. Menopause + heat = damp

That's the worst, getting out of the shower feeling no fresher.

Oh it's awful, bought myself a lightweight (it's almost like cheesecloth) lounge combo of a vest and bottoms from Tesco's Mrs Hinch range..I may as well just work in the nude!
