When I was there, I didn’t know it was a highway, and the city realized it was a mistake. I felt like elevated road like in Casablanca and Pangpol, Jakarta are also big mistakes.
IMO, they are extremely ugly and since their main purpose is to reduce traffic but fail miserably, they just some brutal urban structure that doesn't provide any meaningful effect. The elevated road for TiJe corridor 13 at least gave meaningful alternative away from traffic, although it still look ugly as heck
