a bunch of video players can do frame by frame

(for games like twisted wonderland i actually just found it easiest to screen record and cap off of the video rather than trying to time the screenshots; quality is not as good but easier)

i think there are some video players that you can set up to screencap at set intervals too but i usually do it manually

i think VLC can do that maybe?

for youtube videos there are keys but i don't remember them off the top of my head

if it's a streaming player search to see if they have keys mapped for that, i'm pretty sure crunchyroll at least does

yeah it does frame by frame! i meant i think it can also be set up to do a bunch of caps at set intervals, unless i'm thinking of a different player. i remember there was someone years ago that would do big image dumps for live action things that way
