上面是 Z 昨晚看到的影片,害我半夜一直找他列出的各種食材,勉強找到多數,下次買到了再來試~
今天中午是以清冰箱為主而做的~
烤雞得吃掉,所以放了手撕雞絲/條(很隨意的撕)
這次有放 heavy cream, 因為要努力用掉,且影片中可以不放鮮奶油是因為他用了 Burrata cheese(認真跟點菜的 Z 解釋)

600g/21oz zucchini
