已經不是誤譯，而是錯譯的級別了，嚴重影響到讀者能否正確 破解 理解文意。

Oxford, Macmillan, Longman, Cambridge, Collins-Cobuild, Merriam-Webster 字典都有解釋，提供 technically 的諸多定義：
　
1. strictly or narrowly defined;

2. according to the exact meaning, facts;

3. with regard to or in accordance with a strict or literal interpretation of something (such as a rule, a term, or an official description or designation);

4. with regard to/ based on details;

5. with regard to technique (as in a performance or movement); with regard to technology .…
　
只有最後一項才是「技術上」、「就技術而言」；

譯者與編輯不知道這個字在不同語境有不同意思：
　

「就法律文字做嚴格解釋而言」、
　
「對規定做確切理解而言」、
　
「對事實做正確認知而言」、
　
「就細節做詳細認定而言」、
　 「嚴格來說」、 　 「確切而言」。 　

成千上萬的華人譯者 不管 technically 處於任何語境，卻一律翻譯為『技術上』。 //

我通常視情境選用的「嚴格來說」、「確切而言」果然稍嫌籠統，感覺上 ‘ technically ’ 的語境似乎隱含著一種涇渭分明、劃地自限的意思：
