6週後禁止墮胎，是「為了“實質上”執行受孕後就禁止墮胎」但又要裝成允許墮胎。
並不是因為被外人發現懷孕了，才被帶去看受虐兒童門診。
這個CASE 如果沒先被外人發現遭到虐待，禁止墮胎州的女童監護人，同時也是強暴女童的加害者時，是否會由強暴女童的人帶她去跨州墮胎，然後就沒有然後了。
