今天下午收到橄欖油漬鯖魚罐頭,晚餐試做鯖魚罐頭沙拉⋯ 十分失敗。
因為我是用英文去搜尋食譜,事後「檢討」⋯ 我為什麼會相信英國人的食譜?
Z 給了 3 分(滿分 10 分的話),很一言難盡,不是魚罐頭的問題(只是我現有的食材 + 食譜的醬汁和鯖魚罐頭不搭,所以就悲劇了。)
得努力尋找食譜了⋯⋯

今天很簡單的把鯖魚罐頭的鯖魚「撈」出來,加味噌口味的鹽麴拌一拌,Z 乖乖的跟我分吃完一碗(罐),沒有抱怨不好吃!
太好了⋯⋯ 味噌調味料救了我~
