Order food delivered. The delivery person puts the order so close to my obviously-outwardly-opening screen door that it's impossible for me to open it up without knocking my stuff over, and my chai tea spilled all over the porch.

I was so angry! I was really looking forward to that chai. It smelled delicious. ;~; Part of the reason I'm still awake is waiting for a boba shop to open up to make up for it, since DD refunded me the entire order, not just the tea.

I disliked that the complaint had to specifically be about the product itself, not the dasher's shitty drop off, to be able to get a refund at all. The poor cafe did everything they could flawlessly.
