MMT of the day from a former engineering manager turned entrepreneur. pretty much mirrors my observation from both sides of the table. this is an interesting period.

well the problem being the shift from merely 'good enough' to actually 'great'... of which very few of us could be quite sure where we are. if you are sure you are great engineer, you likely aren't!
