That moment when you have stop and think how well your muse would understand Pokemon despite the fact he won't shut up about Team Rocket jokes all the time in canon

For those who don't know, Flug is from a cartoon from Mexico and his VA also does James from Pokemon, so these are just little shoutouts for the audience (and I would never assume Flug knows someone else's canon without permission anyway, especially when CN definitely isn't affililated with nintendo enough to justify him knowing it)

I love it so. God so much of the show is just poking fun or making references to all horror or other cartoon properties even if they're just thrown in the background. it never fails to amuse me

Maybe I should do a stream of it again sometime, we got a bunch of new eps last year (still only up to 6 in episodic format) the earlier seasons are 13 in a review show format and all the shorts) but out of respect for the showrunners we only wanted people to watch it on HBO Max so it gets the views
