for the uninitiated: Allison Bailey is a barrister who is also a huge TERF piece of shit

and raised a shit ton of money from other terfs to sue Stonewall

over supposed discrimination as her job as a barrister

she says that after coming out as a hateful terrible person and actively discriminating against trans people, she received less job offers and that's discrimination

here are the three facts that have been established so far:

- Allison set herself up in the system that clerks use to assign cases as Away, and so was not contacted for work because she was away

she says that they know to contact her anyway and the fact they didn't is discrimination

- there was an overall decline in case numbers, likely due to covid, meaning less work to go around

despite this she was offered work, but DECLINED TO TAKE THE CASES because she felt they were beneath her

she says that purposely denied her "quality" work, and refused to entertain that she might have to "settle" for "lesser" worth because of a lack in cases

- she names one clerk in particular as discriminatory against her, even though that clerk gave her her biggest case within the time period she's claiming

when asked to clarify how that works she said "it doesn't count"
