Stereo Nacht : the windows aren't blacked out, it's just a trick of the light. It's my cousin's house. Some of the glass is very old.

Not blacked-out; if you look closely at the two smaller windows beneath the big arched one in the middle, you can see the brickwork suggesting the windows used to be bigger than that. I could still be wrong, mind you. A picture can be misleading.

Stereo Nacht : hard to know. It was built in 1889 and was in the same family until the 1940s, and then my first cousin bought it a few months ago. It's like a Clue game - parlour, study, pool table, 7 bedrooms, bar, sauna, screened porch, etc. Obviously I was in the wrong line of work!

I like the house (as long as I don't have to clean ) With half-architectured I mean they have windows in different styles all over. It adds character but a current day architect wouldn't do that.

bestie and I were just discussing this, would it be too much trouble to clean a big house, or is there enough room to properly organize everything so that it's way easier?

🌸wotitdo🌸 : Both. It's over 7000 sq ft and all the Things are spread out, curated, arranged, so it doesn't look crowded. But that's also a lot of dusty flooring, etc., to keep after. My cousins have a cleaner every 2 weeks.
