like maybe there was something the court learned about that wasn't in the documents but i don't think the fact that one of the neighbors filing reports is part of animal services is a conflict of interest

it's like saying your neighbor can't call in noise complaints on you because your neighbor's a cop, like, acab and all but also your loud music violates the peace no matter who your neighbor is

the idea that you can charge a cat with trespass is insane but i don't think it's insane to say "hey your cat is particularly Murderous even by normal domestic cat standards and keeps killing people's pets, you can't keep letting it do that"
