Thanks! The bleeding has stopped. I’ve got my thumb immobilized so the cut doesn’t gape. It’s hard to remember to not use my left hand (I have cross dominance).

I took the wrong pain meds, 6 hours early, so I’ve slept most of the day.

I’m using polysporin and checking for fever/infection.

🇺🇦 Fouinardz 🇺🇦 : When I was a kid I was hand feeding a horse and it started chewing on my finger. I called Mom and she swatted the horse’s nose. She poured cologne on the wound. That really smarted, but did the trick. Then I got my first tetanus shot.

🇺🇦 Fouinardz 🇺🇦 : Of course! I was horse crazy when I was a kid. Eventually I had riding lessons, until Princess decided to take off and try to jump the fence. I would have gone back, but I guess my parents were spooked.
