might play around with the optional "territorial" trait and make her EVEN MORE possessive over the things (and monsters uhuhu) she considers "hers"...might also just go full Bewear and make her not know her own strength and just. break things
i was very ambivalent about Stufful and Bewear's designs prior to SM coming out but once they did....they immediately became a couple of my all time favorite Pokemon....
MEANWHILE SHOKA will be activating her ultimate fursona and going manticore.....somehow i see her travel and fog forms clearly in my mind but her regular form i'm still kind of waffling on in certain aspects

Shoka doesn't have a canon Noise form because she's a low-ranking Reaper (in TWEWY only the top Reapers get to have fursonas) but i'm giving her one. less humanoid than Reaper Noise forms seem to usually be to allude to her being too shitty of a Reaper to qualify for one i guess lmao
i have no idea what color they are though slk;jh.....unfortunately i cannot draw and ESPECIALLY cannot draw Noise patterns so i will continue to grumpily rotate her in my mind until i find an artist brave enough to draw Noise who also understands how color theory works

but that said nanami's also in a "don't assume things about people" kinda mood, which is a good cover for when anybody doesn't want her to fourth wall things she knows about!
it keeps the fun of characters learning about each other and it's easier on me who honestly is bad at finishing most canons so i don't have to go do a bunch of research plus, nanami has major IC reasons for not wanting to presume things about people just based on who they seem to be
Lusamine is meeting Emmet and figuring out that there is someone else from her world in Ryslig now AS WE SPEAK so this will be like....narratively appropriate
she knows it's real, but she sees it as an escape from the Pokemon world, which she uhhh......resents and wanted to leave behind forever. the Pokemon can stay (they are fine) but other reminders of that world can make her Uncomfortable
Lusamine is Super Fine and her brain is Very Normal. she makes me sad but i also think it's incredibly funny that she prefers Ryslig to the solarpunk utopia that is the Pokemon world. like ok lady let's unpack that

Lusamine is just the funniest because she is so over the top brutal sometimes....it's so unnecessary......i like posting screencaps of some of the shit she says and just saying "LOOK AT THIS POKEMON GAME"
Lusamine is a human pescatarian (vegan but 100% okay with eating humans) and her argument is like...well we are naturally predators. there is nothing morally wrong with us eating what we must to survive

Lusamine does get a redemption arc (which is part of why she is so controversial; some of the stuff she does is like HILARIOUSLY awful) but for Ryslig i have taken her from a canon point prior to her redemption....so she's just kind of broken and bitter and trying to avoid thinking about her past at all
danganronpa is very much the canon of "this all could have been avoided if literally any adult had cared enough to step in," so for whatever lusamine's issues, she does seem to clear that bar pretty handily??
Lusamine does at least care A LOT??.....unfortunately the ways in which she decides to step in have, historically speaking, done more harm than good ("hurting the ones you love" is a big theme with her 😔)
she hasn't really done anything AT RYSLIG yet also....which is a consistent source of laughs and tears for me because she'll put up red flags for being paranoid/delusional/possessive and her surrogate kid characters, who tend to have like The Worst Parents In The Gotdamn Universe, are just like WELL BETTER THAN WHAT I'M USED TO
also several threads where characters will tell her about their bad parent experiences and her takeaway is like "see i wasn't a bad parent, THAT'S a bad parent" the lack of self-awareness sis.....
