It also comes down to... When Superman was created I'm pretty sure they weren't thinking about what flaws he needed. He was literally a super man, someone who could beat up all the bad guys, etc. He also didn't have flying at first, he could just jump really high

Maybe that is why I really love the various storylines where Batman's plans to use the weaknesses of various heroes against them in an emergency (like mind control)
