Alright, event thoughts!

No plotting post link until tomorrow cause I've got an early shift, I'm just putting this up real quick before I go to bed so I can get my thoughts out.

Honestly, first thoughts? Nooooooot super into anything this month like I usually am. That's definitely a personal "me thing", it has nothing to do with the event prompts themselves! They're all awesome and lovely prompts, just not really giving me any inspiration or excitement like they normally do.

Wasn't really seeing a lot that grabbed me at first but now I'm seeing what I might work with.

If I do a top-level, it'll only be one or two prompts. I feel like with nothing grabbing at me, Maul will be more reactionary this month and so I'll tag into more things.

Anyway, I've no interest in turning Maul into a beast this month, so there will be no killing of butterflies.

However, he is willing to drag all your dumb asses away from the pretty bugs cause he doesn't see what the big deal is. Maul is a sourpuss.

He is gonna run screaming in the other direction if he hears Sidious from any of those portals. Run, do not pass go, do not collect $200, life is awful.

I wasn't sure if Maul needs anything from these portals but then I remembered these two delightful fellows:

The first is his probe droids, one of whom canonically makes friends with another droid while on Tatooine and stays there when Maul recalls them all.

He shall use them all to spy on everyone hehehe.

The second is an astromech droid who hails from Dathomir and quite possibly belonged to the Nightsisters since it says she assisted a coven of witches. She also wears a witch's hat cause why not?

Maul will take one look at her and just be like "Eh, you fit in with my color scheme, you can stay. Come on, I'll take you home."

As for monsters coming out, there's plenty of fun ones in SW so I'm sure I can think up some that might come through.

Maul will also be available to help take down any monsters that might come through other portals as well.

Might opt-out of the Tether one. I really don't see anything there that I feel I can work with cause again, not interested in beasthood for Maul this month, and also he's not one much for companionship as it is.

If anyone else from his positive CR has a good idea for it, I might be willing to whip something up, but otherwise that one just isn't inspiring me.
