Soliciting advice for a D&D villain based on Jeff Bezos.

So, in the current D&D campaign I’m running, the party has decided to focus on creating their own international export business, and being the DM that I am, I’m leaning into it

Of course, this gave me the idea to not just have combat enemies, but mercantile ones, and so naturally the BBEG is magic Jeff Bezos

Or as I have named him, Geoff Magos

He's gotta be lame. All that money, still the most boring guy in the room.

A mage merchant who got his start selling spellbooks, but about 15 years ago stole a bunch of portal items from one of the PC’s grandfather to set up same day shipping to 20 different major cities across the globe, and then started “partnering” with other businesses just to take those over so that he’s now the richest man in the world

Anyway, any further ideas I should incorporate? I’m open to them

In D&D Online's Masterminds of Sharn arc, Vaunt is a Bezos/Musky villain who could be a good reference

Not just still up, but getting new expacs and adventure chains. It's still a weird as hell take on 3e tho

But yeah, definitely consider the Masterminds of Sharn arc for inspiration IMO
