[ZKK, health] Had a bit of a scare the last day and a half, but TL;DR I'm okay.

Late Monday night into Tuesday I had a bout of nausea, fever, and an all-over headache. It was so bad that I called off work in the late morning. A reminder: I WFH, so for me to not even be able to sit there and type things shows how bad it was.

By Tuesday evening I was stable enough to be able to go out and get OJ, soup, and an assortment of medicinal aids.

As of today the fever has largely broken. I used one of my home COVID tests and thankfully the results came back negative.

I had all kinds of nightmare visions about profuse apologies to (^･ｪ･^))ﾉ彡☆ and the rest of the LARP crew, last-second arrangements to get my events covered, and the like.

Still not entirely sure whether it was flu or minor food poisoning (I am never eating anything from Royal Farms ever again), but fortunately I seem to be through the worst of it. But if you see me this weekend and I'm not my usual energetic self, at least it's not the Global Bastard.

god I miss Sheetz. I try to hit one up for the MTOs whenever I'm out that way. far superior to Wawa and better priced.
