[art fundraiser]UPDATE: I have been told by my brother that Luna is acting back to normal with the antibiotics. He said she has a good vet who will spay her, which costs a lot less than the emergency surgery. I have refunded the money and shut down the fundraiser. To everyone who donated, replurked and shared well wishes: thank you so much.

She's fearful of strangers but I was told when he took her to the vet that she didn't act afraid of him at all. It's probably partially because she was so sick but it was also reassuring to hear because I think she'll be in good hands for her surgery.

And I'm glad too! From what I heard the vet didn't sound very confident about it, and everything I read on the internet was pretty bleak. I probably shouldn't have Googled it but I'm just grateful she's doing better.
