Oh my god, how are there so many people in this field who don't know what coinsurance is

well, uh. hmm. I'll be real - I know what it is, but on some level my gut rejects it.

That would still put you ahead of these people

Who, even after having it explained to them- e.g. "What is the percentage of the total cost the member is responsible for? As in, 30%, 40%, etc."- they still cannot grasp it
