Boy, I love how my landlord was like 'hey, are you home to open the door for someone' and I'm not so I got the kid awake to do it and it wasn't like a repairman or an exterminator to take care of the fucking roach / cricket problem but no it was someone coming to LOOK AT THE HOUSE.
I think it's different for us because it's not an apartment that we live in, we rent a room in a house. He comes in all the time without telling us he's going to.
The only good (?) thing about this month is that it appears that we get paid three times, but I know I'm still gonna struggle between paychecks. It is the way things go.
I probably shouldn't apartment hunt while I don't have the funds to actually apply, but man, just looking at requirements / prices is making me anxious.
Good news on the reference front, at least. I posted on Instagram and a friend said they'd be willing to do it, so. Just gotta get the info and then I can apply to this new job.
I appreciate it! I'm also sharing on Facebook and Tumblr often. So grateful for everything we've received thus far, though, people have been very kind.
Hilariously, I just checked the irs website and there is a message that states that returns with specific credits could take up to 90-120 days to be processed. I am crying that's so long.
