I can't shower every day, otherwise my skin and hair get all dried out and itchy. So it's every other day for me.

every two/three days. my skin is hyyyyyyper sensitive, and I'm still trying to find a balance to control how bad my dry skin/eczema/psoriasis gets. Especially in winter, ugh.
