[Guild Wars 2] Sometimes my heart is so full from like... online games in general but today

I was doing some raiding and someone in the group wanted to practice tanking this one boss that is pretty tricky.

The boss also has a couple of mechanics that require very specific builds and skillsets.

So we put up on LFG that said it was a training run, and we needed one of these super specific roles called a handkiter.

So we got a handkiter who is clearly very used to raiding and knows their shit and stuff. And as we failed the raid like 10+ times they stuck around the whole time.

So they clearly joined us specifically to help out with training and make our lives easier

and I just find that so wholesome and sweet.

Stuff like that is some of what makes me miss MMORPGs. I had a tank who stayed with my little baby "I never dungeon because PUGs are scary" self for a while one night in WoW and it was the best.
