I would think just throwing Aether on them would be pretty good with that Heavy Blade3, reposition is just always good, and then something like atk/def oath or rouse atk/def if you really want to invest a lot into them.

I'm personally a fan of the lull skills, but I can certainly understand the appeal of null follow up to ensure that follow up. If you want them to be able to used for everything I'd say replacing heavy blade 4 with some form of distant counter is probably the way you'd want to go, but they serve a pretty good roll with that Heavy Blade

sadly I only have distant counter, not distant foil (which may be perfect if I'll ever get a Rinkah)
