I understand how, for medical reasons, her son cannot wear a mask. I get that. He panics, doesn't understand, won't wear it.

So of course he was going to get it. Especially from school.

And then bring it home. Where there will be absolutely no way to prevent that from spreading.

My suggestion to my brother in law to get a booster when I saw him at Christmas and being told that "I'll get it when the army tells me to"

Which just left me going "you got your first dose last February as one of the first groups of people to get it, you're more than 10 months out at this point... don't you think... you should get it on your own?" with a "Nah, I'll do it when they tell me to."

So anyway my nephew spends a lot of time crying because he cannot explain that he feels bad, so he just. Cries.

My brother-in-law I guess spent most of yesterday vomiting.

Aaand my sister has migraines and a sore throat.

I feel most sorry for my nephew. Because 0% of this is his fault.
