I swear to god, any given Kaiser office must have like four people manning the phones

and 3 are completely unqualified

the last call involved learning ONE thing I needed to know (the tier of the drug prescribed) out of aaaaaaaaaaaall the benefit information, and then being hung up on instead of transferred because apparently that's a high level skill to master.
