想請英文不錯的旅人看一下這樣信件有沒有問題

I am sorry to bother you,but I think it is important to those who have already programmed their last two weeks of the semester to respond the new policy of alternative curriculum which promulgated by Ministry of education.

And I have already planned to finish my rest of the course at home, and I would like to know if there are some ways to take the exam at home or other alternative plan.

彈性學習週已經規劃好要回家了，結果老師要考試，而且只有這堂要在學校，還有空窗一週

有點看不懂第一段後面那半段在說什麼……然後第二段你是想說你已經計畫在家，想問有沒有替代方案讓你可以遠端寫段考？

建議第二段可以提一下他這樣子的變化對你產生的影響（像是車票已經買了之類的），不然對教授來說看起來會有點像是在命令他

噗主第一段是說因為教育部的彈性學習週政策，所以已經規劃好這兩週行程了嗎？
也寫的太兇了XD而且教授應該看不懂你的意思，幫你改一下

I am XXX from ur哪堂課. May I ask if/I’m wondering if there’s any alternative way such as online test to take the final exam instead of attending in class.

Because of the 彈性學習週 by school, I’ve already planned my schedule for next two weeks and bought the ticket home. It would be great if I could take it at home/online.

還有yours respectfully太嚴肅了，我通常用sincerely/Best/Best wishes（比較熟ㄉ教授）就好

可以說家裡有事，剛好有這個彈性學習週，所以已經安排回家，如果不想說要回家也可以就說已經安排好了，噗主自己把理由套進去就好
