deleted my old plurk because I didn’t want health stuff hovering around but as a general follow up: dr backed up what you guys already said, and I just need to rest up and keep watch for any major symptoms or if things get worse
12/10 on the pain scale today, which is only annoying/concerning for the fact that I have my booster scheduled for tomorrow and I’m not sure if this means I’m going to instantly turn into a brick on the spot or if somehow my inflammation’s going to eat any additional pain and exhaustion (which would be nice ngl)
SO start by dicing any waxy potatoes (you want them to cook fast) and making sure you chop them somewhat small for the same reason, toss them in a big pan with high sides and a lid (like the one pictured, since you need to turn them easily and cook them eavenly
also as a side note sazon can be impossible to find in very uh... white-centric locations, at one point I had to have my mom ship me boxes full when I first moved away from home lol
thinly slice up some green olives, pimento kinds if you care, that's just what my fam uses, toss them in the pan with the potatoes and add in a little of the olive brine for good measure
(I'm sorry I don't have exact measurements for anything bc we've always just done it by...taste...lmao, but the brine and pickles add a very salty burst of bright flavor in an otherwise heavy dish, so again, go light at first if you're afraid)
also I think my fitbit is getting increasingly fed up with my shit: it didn't use to give me pings for going to sleep, then it started sending me messages to go to bed every night, now it's consistently vibrating on my arm each time it sends me a notif to go to sleep as I continue ignoring them
super pretty thome: haha titty hat
