This past week, I discussed how hard my Covid-iversary has been on me and in general, dealing with post covid syndrome and not really having anyone to talk about it, etc. She suggested I try a support group and after a bit of dragging my feet, I decided to look for one. I can't find anything. It's absolutely bizarre. There's TONS of post covid programs..

but no support groups. I dunno. Maybe I'm just using the wrong search terms or something.

PS, I know there are some online support groups, but I was hoping for a location based one, even if it didn't meet online so I had folks to share dr info with etc.

Maybe on Facebook. I know it's the devil but there are location based groups and illness support groups. I know I get a lot from the illness support group I belong to, not just learning about effective pain treatments and new therapies, but also I get over myself because so many have it so much worse or infants and toddlers have it and I am so lucky

(((Cajsa))) : yeah, but there are other online groups so I rather just use one of those if I were to go that route. I only have a SL FB and have no intention of getting a real one
