yours were long enough ago they may not be in the system. if they aren't in the system and your provider doesn't have them, you'll have to get vaccinated again

according to the NY website, if you contact the county health department they will provide you a copy of your immunization records

Yeah I'm looking now. I might have aged out of that system - we have the 'lifetime health record' or the little yellow card that was lost

You don't age out, they keep the records forever

it's more a matter of if the registry existed at the time you were vaccinated
