- the feared 28s prepull is NOT a thing

because perfect balance can't be executed outside of combat

- a great new feature added to perfect balance is that when you do a masterful blitz at the end, it gives you a free stack of form shift

so you don't end up doing one attack with no form after your dps spike

I'll give the balance a week or two to chew on it before relearning my opener

this is dumb but I just realized recently why the WoL so consistently waves their arms around while talking

it's because your glam might have a full face helmet
