I am grateful the jury found the McMichaels and Bryan guilty of murdering Ahmaud Arbery. Still, I can't get over the fact that if one of them had not decided to leak the video to shut down local gossip, thinking that video make him look good, they would still be living their lives with impunity

I cannot get past TWO different prosecutors looking at that video and deciding there is no reason to arrest these thugs.

I am waiting for the federal trail of the prosecutor who sought to cover it all up.

I can't get past it, but it doesn't shock me - iirc, the whole mess was in southern Georgia, so.... yeah, I spent too much time in the rural parts of that state to be shocked.

I'm also not holding my breath on "justice being done" until sentencing is complete.
