I am well liked at work and highly regarded why do I always feel I am going to get sideswiped when I walk into work and just destroyed with things that I’ve missed and not realized I’ve missed.

I don't know if it's a word, but I know exactly what it means.

The longer I stay up the more anxious I become about the work day lol

technically that'd mean anxiety while sleeping

which i would argue is totally a thing as well lol
