It was caused by a combination of the lining of my insole bunching up and my heels being weak, useless baby skin because I walk on my toes like a damned creature

I... don't know. Maybe it's because it doesn't look weird because I've literally always done it (unless it shoes, but you've seen me without shoes) so the angle of my knees, hips and back have adjusted accordingly (which will result in back pain before too long, I'm assured)
