its Thursday btw

feelin' shitty today and don't know why so i took a nap and made some brown butter & walnut chocolate chip cookie dough that has to incorporate in the fridge for a few hours.

update they're delicious, the browned butter added an almost caramel-like flavor with a nutty depth to the actual cookie part

honestly if i could redo it i would cut back on the amount of chips it called for a full cup but i'd go for more like a half cup now that i know the dough is so good
