Shampoo is a Lie (for me...and maybe for you too??)

I can't believe this man is in the same hair conditions as me

me: so uh, if I don't wash my hair it seems to be a lot happier???

like straight up my hair has a gloss and shine I'd never get, plus my scalp....at this point I have just accepted my scalp continually flakes regardless

but I think I've had less dandruff...

or well. dry scalp flakes since that's what it is. JUST SOME OF US PEOPLE HAVE EXTREMELY LOW OIL PRODUCTION

it was funny because I remember going into a hair shop as a kid and them going 'OOMG THERE'S SO MUCH DANRUFF BUILDUP HERE, DOESN'T IT ITCH?'
me: no???

I just have to keep myself from PICKING at my scalp when bored bc it's a nasty habit of mine

I will mention I constantly get compliments on my hair too

have you tried dry shampoo?
