When did microwaves get so dang expensive?

I'm sure I didn't pay nearly as much for my old microwave as I'm seeing on store searches now.

Probably a consequence of the current production shortages, and shipping troubles... Shipping prices from China to everywhere skyrocketed in the last few months.
