so I take anti-anxiety meds and I see a psychiatrist every six months for refills/check-ups etc

it's been 6 months so I call the office

"you have to call his other office"

call the other office

"oh since you've never been to this location we have to register you as a new patient but the patient intake person is out until next wednesday and also we're not taking any new patients"

but i'm... not a new patient...

i ask if I can at least request a refill since I have to wait to see if i can get in

get transferred to the voice mail of a completely different doctor
